Doug Spence was the insane one in charge of dreaming the difficult. Sean Jones was the uptight one in charge of quality assurance, financial resources and air travel schedules; all the grown-up things. Together, they reinvented the engagement ring company for a new centuries.

When the white-knuckle days of risk and travel and trial-and-error and continuously experiments were finally behind them, Doug got burnt out and asked Sean to buy him out. Sean obliged and they stay great friends.



Sean is one of those men who probably irons his underwear. You know, a genuine detail person, the kind of individual every client hopes will be in charge of quality control and client contentment. The idea of a French fry hiding in between the console and the seat is the kind of thing that keeps Sean awake at night.



Sean is extremely gladly wed to Kristen and they have two kids.
